Job Role: Alliances - Wellness We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President - Sales to lead our sales team to new heights in the wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and mentoring sales teams, setting ambitious targets, and driving their successful achievement. With a strong background in selling wellness-based products, this role is crucial for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. As the AVP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing sales strategies, overseeing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-performance results. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for wellness, sales excellence, and a knack for closing deals, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive overall business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and make informed decisions that enhance the team's effectiveness.
  4. Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients and differentiate the company from competitors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA
preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Experience selling Wellness based products.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build
rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable
partnership plans.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional
teams.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive
landscape.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization
