We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven State Client Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will focus on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the staffing needs of our state client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, industry trends, and compliance requirements for state-level hiring. Job Title: State Client Recruiter/SR Recruiter Location: Gurgaon Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate or max 15 days Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT preferred or any Stream Experience: 2 to 5 Years Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates to meet the hiring demands of state-level client projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with state clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to state and federal hiring regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, hiring managers, and client representatives to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to state-specific needs, including job postings, career fairs, and partnerships with local institutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market changes to proactively address recruitment challenges.
- Skilled in working with diverse candidate types, including W2 employees, U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B visa candidates.
- Expertise in evaluating and screening IT professionals for specialized technical competencies and skillsets.

- Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of collaborating with candidates and clients across all technical levels to achieve successful placements.
