We Are Hiring - Sales Advisor! Position: Tele Sales Location : Andheri west, Mumbai Salary: ₹3.60 LPA - ₹4.20 LPA Shift: Day Shift (9 AM - 6:30 PM) Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 Saturday off/month) Company Description India's 1st and only Debt Management company, leading the #DebtFreeIndia mission, with 40+ years of global experience. SingleDebt's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction has earned them recognition in the industry, including the award of "Best Debt Management Company in India & UAE" and featured in leading media publications like Economic Times, DNA, Times of India, The Print, etc. Responsibilities: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct outbound and inbound calls to individuals seeking guidance on debt management and financial planning. Provide empathetic and informative counseling to clients to understand their unique financial situations and goals. Analyze clients' debt profiles, including credit card debt, loans, and other financial obligations, to develop tailored debt repayment plans. Educate clients on effective debt management strategies, budgeting techniques, and financial goal setting to help them achieve long-term financial stability. Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive financial plans focusing on debt reduction, savings goals, and wealth-building strategies. Recommend debt consolidation, debt restructuring, or debt settlement options based on clients' specific needs, and guide clients through the process. Requirements for a Tele Sales Agent: Proven experience in sales with a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach. Strong drive to achieve monthly targets and earn incentives. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Experience in Domestic/International BPO sales processes is preferred. Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
