- Aide in the design of test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Participate in product planning sessions to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures
- Conduct manual testing after system modifications to prepare for implementation in production
- Knowledge of QA process in a SCRUM environment
- Experience writing test scenarios and test cases from sets of business rules
- Ability to independently identify testing needs and develop a Testing Plan
- Knowledge of Selenium or any other end to end testing framework/software
- Experience within the lending market a significant plus (i.e., consumer lending, solar lending, underwriting and credit decisioning/processes, credit union or bank experience)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Manual and Automation testing both.
- Experience in PHP development is considered a plus
- Strong written English skills (documents required to be written with English proficiency)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate heavily through telephone, email and video communications, using a professional and courteous approach.
