About the Role We are seeking a talented Search Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the management of high-budget campaigns, optimize performance, and help scale our marketing initiatives targeting US and European markets. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads , YouTube Ads , and Facebook Ads .
- Manage campaign budgets ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 .
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Manage bids, budgets, and conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand messaging consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and platform updates.
- 4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Expertise in eCommerce and advanced PPC optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills for client and team interaction.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
- Experience targeting the US and European markets is a plus.
- Part-time: $55–$75/hour (minimum 4 hours/day, 16 hours/week).
- Full-time: $9,500–$11,500/month, including benefits and commission bonuses (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday).
- Flexible remote work – work across any time zone, as long as you meet your hours and deliver detailed, accurate reports.
- Compensation is paid in USD via PayPal or international bank transfer .
