As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions. Role Overview We’re seeking a hands-on Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to own the design, execution, and performance of our email and SMS campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns to improve engagement and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, design, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and convert customers. • Content & Design: Develop compelling email & SMS creatives using templates, images, and copywriting aligned with the brand. • Segmentation & Personalization: Implement audience segmentation and dynamic content to enhance engagement and conversions. • Automation & Workflows: Set up automated sequences such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups. • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue) and optimize campaigns based on data insights. • A/B Testing: Continuously test subject lines, designs, and messaging to improve performance. • Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure emails and SMS campaigns comply with best practices and industry regulations. • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Requirements ✅ 1-2 years of experience in email & SMS marketing (preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands). ✅ Strong understanding of email automation platforms (Klaviyo, etc.). ✅ Experience with SMS marketing tools (Attentive, Postscript, Twilio, etc.). ✅ Proficiency in email design, basic HTML, and copywriting . ✅ Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance tracking. ✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
