Senior User Experience Designer

Grow Your Staff is looking for a UX Designer for an InsurTech firm in the US. The position is a full-time remote opportunity. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.  Experience required : 3-5 years  CTC : INR 10-20 LPA Location : Remote Type of Employment - Full-time Time - 5:30 pm-2:30 am (Monday-Friday)  Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Design engaging, user-centered interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and scalability across devices and platforms.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create high-quality assets.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Play a critical role in the evolution of the design function, with potential growth into a Design Lead position.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, including advancements in AI-powered design tools and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
