Maintenance Manager Location: Kildare Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 About the Position We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a well-established organisation in Kildare. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the maintenance strategy, manage a skilled team, and ensure the optimal performance of all machinery and equipment in a dynamic production environment. What Youll Do Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to maximize uptime and efficiency Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and performance feedback Plan and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime Manage maintenance budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to support operational goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure adherence to company procedures What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience managing maintenance teams Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing improvement strategies Commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance Why This Role?
