Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Opts Intern to drive engagement and revenue through innovative campaigns across email and WhatsApp communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in retention marketing, content coordination, and the use of tools like MoEngage to deliver personalized, data-driven communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1.Content Coordination and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the content team to ideate and promote new content through email and WhatsApp communities.
  • Write, curate, and optimize content for promotions to drive engagement and conversions.
2.Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Design and execute WhatsApp community campaigns focused on increasing user engagement and generating revenue.
  • Leverage MoEngage to create and analyze targeted retention campaigns based on user behavior and preferences.
3.Quality Control:
  • Coordinate to ensure thorough quality checks (QC) of journeys, copies, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
4.Process Building:
  • Establish a streamlined process for efficient intake and management of copy requirements from other teams.
5.Data-Driven Insights:
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics using MoEngage and other analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize insights to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
6.Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback loops to improve content and campaign quality continuously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retention marketing, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Proficiency in using tools like MoEngage for campaign management and analytics.
  • Strong copywriting and content curation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Experience in planning and executing engagement and revenue-focused campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in community engagement and communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and personalization strategies.

This is full-time, in-office role. Completion of the provided assignment is non-negotiable for this position. Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (Sun - Mon Week off) Work Timings: 10AM - 7PM
