Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Leadership:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the division's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
  1. Project Oversight:
  • Oversee all piling and foundation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
  1. Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, engineers, and site teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  1. Client Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client interactions.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the division.
  • Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and bids to secure projects.
  1. Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage budgets for projects and the division as a whole.
  • Ensure cost control measures are implemented to maximize profitability.
  1. Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations and standards.
  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety on all project sites.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare regular performance and financial reports for senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
  • Experience:
  • 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on piling or foundation works. At least 10 years in the GCC region.
  • At least 3 years in a management role.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of piling techniques, equipment, and processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range BHD 1500 – 1600 + Company Accommodation + Family Status + Yearly leave including tickets + Company Car + Medical Insurance for Employee and Family.
