About the role Skuad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Operations Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Product Operations Intern, you will work closely with our product team to support the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of our products. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks related to product development and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and operations teams to ensure smooth product workflows.
• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user feedback.
• Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
• Support the testing and quality assurance processes for new product features and enhancements.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate product success.
• Assist in coordinating product launches and updates, including communication plans and training materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the product team as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's or an equivalent degree in Management from a Tier 1 college.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of product management concepts and methodologies.
• Enthusiasm for technology and an eagerness to learn about product development processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
