Finance Operations

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Finance Operations Associate for a custom apparel company from New York, USA. The position is a full-time remote opportunity. The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in New York. Experience required: 2-4 years CTC: INR 3-4 LPA Location: Remote Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities Oversee and manage internal reporting and company metrics, including:

• Preparing and analyzing monthly job costing reports.
• Generating quarterly sales tax reports in compliance with regulations.
• Preparing profit and loss (P&L) statements to assess the company's financial health.
• Managing and analyzing commission reports for accuracy and efficiency.

• Controlling credit card access and overseeing timely payment processing.
• Supporting other departments' spending needs and ensuring budget compliance.
• Handling contractor payments and ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Identifying high-spend areas and negotiating with vendors to optimize costs.

• Ensuring accurate and consistent billing from printer vendors.
• Addressing and responding to all inquiries related to printer pricing and payment issues.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or a related domain
• Proven experience in generating and analyzing regular financial reports
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis
• Experience with MySQL is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
