1. Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
4. Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance.
5. Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.
6. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
7. Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.
8. Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
3. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement.
4. Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting.
5. A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
2. Relevant certifications such as Sales Analyst Professional (SAP) is a plus.
