Role Overview: This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with 6–18 months of experience in staffing or sourcing , who are eager to refine their skills in technical recruitment while contributing to impactful placements. You’ll be responsible for building talent pipelines and sourcing candidates with precision, leveraging advanced tools and techniques like Boolean search and STEPS-AI. Success here means not only meeting expectations but exceeding them through precision sourcing and thoughtful candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Talent Sourcing : Use advanced techniques and tools like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and STEPS-AI to identify candidates for IT/ERP roles, including developers, ERP specialists, and other technical experts.
  • Pipeline Development : Maintain a pool of qualified candidates and actively monitor client-specific needs.
  • Candidate Engagement : Build trust-based relationships with candidates through clear and consistent communication, ensuring alignment with both technical and cultural client requirements.
  • Process Adherence : Follow our structured recruitment workflow to achieve precision in candidate submissions and placements.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with Delivery Leads to ensure quality assurance and candidate alignment.
What You Bring:
  • Experience : 6–18 months in recruitment or sourcing, ideally within US IT/ERP staffing .
  • Mindset : A growth-oriented attitude , strong work ethic, and the humility to learn from feedback.
  • Skills : Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
  • Technical Savvy : Basic knowledge of technical roles (e.g., ERP, cloud, software development) and recruitment tools.
  • Work Hours : Flexibility to work during US Central Time Zone (India night shift) hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: ₹5,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum (5–6 LPA) - (depends on experience)
