About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to lead the strategy, setup, management, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the digital ads domain, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive measurable growth. Familiarity with Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and experience in the healthcare domain are a plus. - Campaign Setup & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms (e.g., Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn) to achieve performance goals.
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify and target high-performing keywords and audience segments for campaign success.
- Ad Copy & Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to target audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and implement data-driven optimizations.
- A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to refine ad performance, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while meeting campaign objectives.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: Explore opportunities to integrate campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn for multi-channel impact.
- Reporting: Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Google Ads Expertise: Strong expertise in setting up and managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.).
- Familiarity with Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (nice to have).
- Prior experience with healthcare industry campaigns or compliance standards (nice to have).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and deliver results.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other PPC platforms (preferred).
