Business Development Manager Leinster Manufacturing client base €60,000 - €80,000 base salary plus bonus and full benefits on offer A leading environmental solutions provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team! THE COMPANY: Our client, established over 30 years ago, is the top provider of environmental solutions and services to the manufacturing and industrial sectors. They offer comprehensive services, including supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and routine servicing across their entire product range, which includes electronic solutions for manufacturing sites to ensure health and safety standards are upheld to the highest standards. Our client continues to set the standard in delivering environmental monitoring and detection solutions. Their Control & Automation division is one of the largest in Ireland, with a multi-million financial turnover. They are expanding and are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their growing team of 50 people. THE ROLE: You will be ideally based in Leinster or surrounding areas but you will cover the Republic of Ireland You will sell industrial products and solutions to the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, and industrial end-users, dealing with plant managers, Health and Safety officers, engineering teams, quality managers, etc. This will be a new business-focused role, building on the existing clients they already work with across their other product portfolios. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to candidates from the following backgrounds: Experienced sales professionals from the F+B, Pharma, Medical or Industrial sectors in Ireland Experience selling technical solutions including HVAC, automation, packaging equipment, and manufacturing equipment is highly desirable Sales and technical acumen is essential An engineering or electrical qualification would be useful but not essential THE PACKAGE: Salary: €60,000-€80,000 DOE €20,000 commission Company Vehicle Fuel Card 25 Days Holiday per annum.
