Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural visualization, with the ability to transform CAD layouts and concepts into stunning, photorealistic 3D renderings. Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and develop detailed 3D visualizations from CAD layouts and architectural drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings for interior, exterior, and landscape projects using 3ds Max , V-Ray/Corona Renderer , and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design objectives and client requirements.
- Manage site visits to gather insights for accurate 3D visualizations and ensure alignment with execution plans.
- Oversee and coordinate the rendering process to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide inputs on material selection, lighting, and textures to achieve photorealistic results.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max with a strong command of rendering engines like V-Ray/Corona Renderer .
- Expertise in CAD layouts : Ability to read and translate 2D drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Site Management Experience : Strong understanding of site execution and project management principles.
- Proficiency in other software tools such as AutoCAD , SketchUp , and Photoshop .
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to visualization, with a keen eye for aesthetics, textures, and lighting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working on high-end architectural or interior design projects.
- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
- Experience with Revit or similar BIM software is a plus.
