Job Overview: The Skin Trainer will be responsible for training beauticians and skincare professionals in the proper techniques, protocols, and benefits of the company’s professional facials and skin treatments, while also providing skin science knowledge and perfecting our customers in client consultation. Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct in-depth training sessions on the company’s professional facials and skincare treatments.
- Demonstrate proper application and massage techniques and tools usage.
- Product Knowledge:
- Educate beauticians on the ingredients, benefits, and key selling points of the company’s products.
- Address queries and clarify misconceptions about the treatments and products.
- Client Consultation Skills:
- Train beauticians on how to perform skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Program Development:
- Assist in developing training modules, manuals, and videos tailored to beauticians’ needs.
- Update training content regularly to align with new product launches and advancements.
- Industry Updates:
- Stay updated on skincare trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure training remains current and relevant.
- Share insights on industry best practices with trainees and internal teams.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Act as a point of contact for beauticians needing guidance on advanced treatments.
- Resolve technical queries related to treatment protocols or product usage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a skin trainer or senior skincare professional.
