Listings Executive - Top 5 firm

We are working with a Top 5 firm to expand their Listings team following a very busy year. This is a role for someone with a minimum of one years experience in Listings and will sit as part of the Finance and Capital Markets department. The team work across both Irish and international exchanges and advise a growing number of clients including law firms, investments banks and the asset management sector. This team have a fantastic reputation in this area and the role will offer hybrid working (two days onsite) and a very strong salary. Duties of the role: Managing Irish listings applications and all associated CBI and Euronext documentation. Over time, this will grow to include international applications. Managing new and existing stakeholder relationships, including onboarding new clients and opening new matters. Obtaining international Identifier codes. Supporting clients with their ongoing legislative requirements. CBI and Euronext filings. Suitable candidates for this role will need to have: Minimum 12 months experience in Listings within a law firm, corporate services or financial services provider. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
