A combination of Yahoo DSP & FreeWheel SSP enables CereOne target a unique set of in market users (Yahoo Data + FW Supply) Sales Representation: WeTransfer CereOne also represents WeTransfer, a leading peer to peer file sharing platform in India & has scaled their ad sales in India ground up, since 2017. WeTransfer his a pioneer in offering high impact, the full screen wall-paper advertising globally. The wall paper unit which seamlessly blends in with the site UI is truly native in nature & one-of-a-kind offering. This also happens to be the largest ad unit of its kind in India. A premium ad unit, WeTransfer commands one of the highest CPMS in India, with brands like Universal Studios, RedBull, Apple, OnePlus, Netflix, Xiaomi amongst others partnering with us for high impact campaigns. Our team - About Us About the job As a Regional Head, you will be pivotal in leading and driving advertising sales initiatives for the CereOne Media in the West Region. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Digital Media, proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of successfully generating business and high performing teams. Experience Range: 10 years+ Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies to retain existing clients, expand their wallet share, and increase revenue.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategizing efforts towards good market coverage to maximize visibility for CereOne offerings, generate new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor Sales metrics like no. of calls made by the sales team, Pipeline maintenance & updating hygiene, revenue forecasts and market coverage.
  • Stay informed on Industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork.
  • Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests.
  • Understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem will be an advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of Digital Media Sales experience, with around 1-2 yrs experience in Ad-tech / Programmatic company.
  • Proven experience of 8 years in Digital Sales in the West Media Industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the West Market.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Creative, Problem Solver with the ability to understand needs of the customers and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
  • Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
