Junior Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking experienced and motivated Junior Project Quantity Surveyors to join our client who is a well-established consultancy specializing in providing professional quantity surveying services to a diverse range of clients. Their projects span multiple sectors, and they pride themselves on their collaborative and client-focused approach. You will work on a variety of projects, supporting senior team members while also managing specific aspects of projects independently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of initial budgets, cost plans, and estimates. Support in the commercial management of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of rates. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support the senior team in managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to contract requirements. Contribute to project meetings, providing updates and reports as required. Gain hands-on experience with computerized bill production systems (training provided if required). Requirements: A minimum of 1 -2 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Familiarity with current forms of building contracts. Knowledge or experience in computerized bill production systems is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask. Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to project success.
