Excellent opportuniy an experienced Senior IT Lead to lead the technology operations at Dublin site. As Senior IT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring that the systems supporting production are optimized for maximum performance, security, and compliance. Role is Hybrid with Health and Pension included. What Youll Be Doing: IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the sites infrastructure is secure, resilient, and optimized to meet business needs. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team that delivers exceptional IT support services. Technical Support: Provide top-tier support for critical IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Safeguard production data with robust cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Project Management: Lead IT projects from upgrades to new technology integrations, delivering on time and within budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and IT teams to align IT systems with business goals and drive digital transformation.
