Job Description: Mandatory Experience: LOS (loan origination system), LMS( Loan Management System), Lending, Loans, and Internet Banking. -12+ years of experience in Loans, Lending, LMS, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking or any other banking domain expertise . -Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting. -Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. -Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency. -Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. - Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities. -Analyse test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. -Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines. -Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
