INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Senior Engineer Project High Volume/ high Value Job Location Near Dublin Airport Salary €70K - €85K + package *Salary Negotiable for the right person* About the Company Working with Tier 1 Contractor who specialise high volume construction projects across Ireland with a strong pipeline of work in the North Leinster Region. Project values range from €5M to €200M. Current project is live with a minimum of 2-3 years left. Next project will be North Dublin. This role will be based on new build residential site applicants must have experience with housing/ apartments. Industry leading salary and package on offer for the right candidate! The Role Setting out and checking works as required for the project. Ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Liaise with and supervise sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project. Support the Senior Engineer/ Project Manager/ Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Work with design team and architects to quickly and efficiently overcome any technical issues that may arise during the construction stage. Assist with BCAR, QA/QC and Inspections. Pre-pour Inspections. Ensure H&S standards are met and adhered to on site. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard. Requirements A Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 4 years experience in an engineer role with a Main Contractor or Developer in Ireland. Experience with residential Construction is essential. Experience managing a Team on Engineers, working closely with architects and design team and supporting senior management. Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination. Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
