About the job role We are looking for a talented and experienced Admissions & Outreach person who will be responsible for developing & implementing outreach strategies, managing admissions processes, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, high schools, community organizations, and other partners. Responsibilities: - Admissions Management:

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance the university's admissions process.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of talented students.
Outreach and Marketing:
  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns to promote the university's placement programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for online and offline channels.
Alliance Building:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with leading organizations and industry influencers.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for strategic collaborations to enhance placement prospects.
Alumni Connect:
  • Strengthen ties with alumni networks for ongoing mentorship and placement support.
  • Leverage alumni success stories to enhance the university's reputation and attract prospective students.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with academic departments to align placement strategies with industry needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between faculty, students, and industry partners to create a seamless transition from academia to the work force.
Must have: -✔ Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field. ✔ Proven experience in placement, career services or related roles. ✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills. ✔ Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. ✔ Experience in university or educational institutions will be considered an added advantage.
