Grow Your Staff is looking for an Accounts Associate. This is a full-time remote position. Experience required: 2 years minimum Location: Remote Time: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST Salary: 3-4 LPA About Grow Your Staff was founded in 2017. We help companies build talented offshore teams in India. Currently, we have 150+ employees working with us. We specialize in hiring talents from multiple industries and cater to clients from 18 different industries. Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Maintaining tax computation sheets and payments of statutory fees
- Creating and maintaining a database for collecting and validating employee inputs
- Prepare and execute pay orders
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financials and periodicals
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of handling the database
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical & Mathematical skills
