‣ Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and test equipment and systems for customers according to specifications and requirements. ‣ Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and systems. Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately to minimize downtime. ‣ Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues related to products and systems. ‣ Documentation: Maintain detailed records of services performed, including maintenance reports, repairs, parts used, and customer feedback. ‣ Training: Train customers on proper usage, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques for their equipment. ‣ Upgrades and Modifications: Install upgrades or modifications to equipment and systems as needed.
