Full Stack Java Developer Location: Pune Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with strong expertise in Java technologies. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Java applications.
• Implement OOP principles, collections, multithreading, and concurrency in application development.
• Utilize Java 8 and above features, including lambdas and streams, to enhance code efficiency and readability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with various Spring modules, including Spring Core, MVC, REST, and Spring Boot, to build microservices.
• Integrate ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA for effective database management.
• Develop SQL queries and optimize database interactions to ensure high performance.
• Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and integrity.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in their professional growth.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of extensive experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of core Java, OOPs concepts, collections, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Proficient in using Spring frameworks, including Spring Core, MVC, REST, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts, with hands-on experience in database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for microservices deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within teams.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
