Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at BeFoodie Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to communication, customer service, sales strategies, training, marketing, and sales management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The job will require working night shifts (Indian Standard Time) to cover Eastern Standard Time . Compensation The position includes a base salary plus commission , allowing representatives to achieve performance-based incentives. After the probation period, the permanent salary range will be ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 , based on performance and experience. Qualifications
- Expertise in marketing with strong sales skills
- Proven experience in sales, sales management, and marketing strategies
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
