This role offers a competitive base salary plus additional commission incentives based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on generating leads for App Development, Web Development, and AI Solutions.
- Build and maintain a segmented email list to ensure targeted outreach for optimal results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future email outreach and increase conversion rates.
- Content Creation & Personalization:
- Craft personalized and engaging email content that speaks to the unique needs and pain points of our target audience.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize subject lines, calls-to-action, and email content for better engagement.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage email marketing tools and platforms to ensure accurate data tracking and seamless campaign execution.
- Track metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email outreach efforts with broader lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to create or curate relevant content for email campaigns.
- At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, specifically for lead generation in App Development, Web Development, and AI Solutions.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on crafting compelling email content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
