The position is a digital marketing role reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead. In this position, you’ll be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns for the firm. The responsibilities include: Digital Marketing Management
- Manage social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns to support demand generation and brand awareness
- Oversee website updates, SEO, and search engine marketing
- Manage the CRM for maintaining target audience, audience segmentation, campaign assets, and ongoing analytics
- Develop and execute campaigns to nurture leads and prospects
- Work with internal design teams and external agencies to create marketing creatives
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and marketing channel effectiveness
- Manage content distribution across various channels to drive engagement
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns
- Create conversion-focused ads and copywriting for social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns
- Manage organization of client events and participation in industry events
- Track industry trends and competitor activities in digital marketing
- Conduct competitive intelligence research and follow industry news for insights
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization through performance analysis and reporting
- 3+ years of digital marketing and/or demand generation experience, preferably in technology marketing/consulting / financial services / Big 4
- Master’s degree in communication, media studies, English, public relations, Marketing, or related field
- Impeccable English communication skills, both written and oral
- Skilful in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy with strong conversion-oriented copywriting skills
- Creative ideas for design
- Stellar teamwork, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast-growing environment
- Experience working with multiple business teams to accomplish marketing objectives
- Ability to collaborate with the design team to guide creative direction and develop impactful, visually compelling marketing materials
