Our client are a leading property services company specializing in providing top-quality maintenance, repair, and installation solutions to residential and commercial clients. With a reputation for excellence, they're looking for a talented and experienced Electrician to help them continue exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively. Conduct thorough inspections and ensure all work complies with RECI standards and regulations. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring systems, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to deliver seamless property services. Provide professional advice and recommendations to clients regarding electrical safety and improvements. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Requirements A valid RECI license and certification to work as an electrician in Quebec. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an electrician, preferably in property services. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety protocols. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.
