Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with deep expertise in creating, managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta ads . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with D2C brands and consumer-centric businesses such as educators, course creators, and more, having managed spends of at least INR 20L per month. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns profitably. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Plan, create, and execute high-performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Develop custom strategies tailored to the unique needs of D2C brands, educators, and course creators to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Performance Optimization
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, reduce CPA, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to identify top-performing combinations.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create detailed performance reports with clear metrics, highlighting successes, challenges, and next steps.
Budget Management
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize returns across platforms.
  • Forecast spend and performance to align with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with design, content, and other internal teams to communicate campaign requirements, ensuring the timely creation of high-quality ad creatives and copy.
  • Provide detailed briefs that align with campaign strategy, target audiences, and performance objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine messaging, landing pages, and user experiences for improved conversion rates.
Market and Competitor Research
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, particularly within Google Ads and Meta platforms .
  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns with expertise in Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
  • A track record of working with D2C brands and consumer-centric businesses like educators or course creators.
  • Prior experience working at a performance marketing agency is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPL and more.
  • Ability to ideate on compelling ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other PPC tools).
Salary Range: INR 45,000 - INR 70,000 monthly
