Job Title: Partner Development Specialist Worksoft is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter individual and skilled Partner Development Specialist to drive product adoption, mind share and market share with our Strategic Partners. The Partner Development Specialist (PDS) will be working in collaboration with Worksoft’s marketing, enablement and sales teams to develop strategic initiatives with our “scale and grow” partner/s through:
- Managing and fostering relationships with practice leaders, presales, delivery and sales leaders with Worksoft’s strategic partners
- Responsible for onboarding the partner and executing a mutually agreed GTM plan with targets, establishing QBRs and cadence calls and leading the charter for demand-gen and sales plays for joint offerings
- To lead the charter of building a user community (pool of trained practitioners) and to spearhead the efforts to build a Center of Excellence (CoE) within the partner(s)
- Providing opportunity support as required and leading conversations for integrating the Worksoft platform and our solutions to partner’s demo centers and enable the partner to build their own accelerators
- Working with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute events, webinars, hackathons and assisting in building collaterals for joint marketing
- Assisting and guiding the partners and working with them to develop RFI/RFP responses
- Serve as the single point of contact for all partner related work
- Evangelise and promote Worksoft and serve as their trusted advisor in accelerating our partner led growth in the DevOps and Test Automation space
- Lead the efforts to develop a partner community of Worksoft practitioners within the partner(s)
- Act as a liaison between partner(s) and Worksoft’s product development and engineering teams to provide actionable feedback and insights.
- Advocate for enhancements and features that drive partner success and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Worksoft at partner events, webinars, and conferences as a technical thought leader
- Candidates with experience in the DevOps and Test Automation market will be preferred
- Education: Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a business development, market development or client-facing role (e.g., Business Development, Partner Development, Market Development, Alliance Lead or similar).
- Proven experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting firms is highly desirable.
- Candidates from DevOps and Test Automation space who understand the partner landscape will be preferred
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate our message and convey to our audience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
