Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET, React, and AWS. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, while also contributing to the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. Required Skills: • 7+ years of hands-on development experience as a .Net Full Stack developer with React language. • Sound foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Design Principles (OOP/OOD/SOLID)• Experience in AWS • Experience in leading, mentoring, managing a small team. • Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and extendable code • Perform code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure standards are understood and being followed • Able to use your experience to guide team members and suggest solutions to problems • Collaborating with other team members to develop a seamless solution • Effectively communicate with the wider team and business stakeholders • Good technical design, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Remote First-Culture: In 2020, Cimpress adopted a Remote-First operating model and culture.
