A highly-regarded Financial Services firm in Dublin City Centre are seeking APA and QFA qualified talent to join their growing client facing function. This is a 6 month project with an immediate start. A flexible working model of 2 days per week in office is in situ. Responsibilities: Manage a shared portfolio of cases and ensure steps are being taken to progress appropriate resolutions. Accurately record information and keep system up to date. Deal with stakeholders in a professional manner, in writing and over the phone. Perform all tasks while adhering to KPI deadlines. Embody accountability and a positive attitude while managing cases. Understanding credit reports. Experience: 2+ years experience in Banking or Asset Servicing Minimum APA Loans and Regs required Client services exposure. Skills: APA Arrears Client management
