About the Role: As the CEO/Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and organizational growth of the company. This includes developing the HR talent pool, driving recruitment efforts, enhancing the finance function, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to align with business goals. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations. Digital Transformation & Innovation: Lead the digitalization and automation of key business processes, driving sustainability and supply chain optimization. Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide accurate and timely financial reports and business updates to the headquarters and shareholders. Ensure all reports are aligned with corporate goals and industry standards. Leadership & Culture: Lead a high-performing senior leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance. Key Requirements: 15-20 years of senior executive experience in the logistics, supply chain, warehousing or freight forwarding industries. Proven track record of leading multi-country operations and driving successful business transformations. Expertise in managing corporate functions, including HR, finance, sales, and marketing. Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management. Experience in digital transformation and driving sustainability within logistics and supply chain operations.
