Key Responsibilities: Collaborate seamlessly with BIM Modellers to align the design and technical aspects of the project. Produce, review, and verify construction drawings to ensure precision and adherence to project specifications. Oversee the submission and approval process for shop drawings, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Supervise on-site work progress, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and operational teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth project flow. Ensure that both design and construction processes meet client expectations, adhere to timelines, and maintain high-quality standards. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally with a primary construction firm. Strong expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications. Self-driven and meticulous, with the ability to work autonomously while fostering strong team collaboration. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all project stakeholders.
