Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with client procurement and finance departments, keeping an updated key contacts database.
2. Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, budgets, balance sheets, variance analysis, and commentaries within a fixed monthly timetable for the Saudi Arabian market.
3. Act as a business partner to account handlers and senior management, providing strategic financial advice and support.
4. Monitor and ensure that operational spending aligns with the budget.
5. Assist in the preparation of audit materials to facilitate timely completion of annual financial statements and corporate tax returns.
6. Ensure strict compliance with all financial regulations.
7. Oversee client billings, review billing schedules, and manage contracts and debtors in coordination with management.
8. Manage Finance Officers, ensuring efficient performance and professional development.
9. Complete monthly Group Bank Reconciliations and manage company credit card finances, including issuance and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, ideally within a similar role.
