The Finance Manager role involves close interaction with client procurement and finance departments, preparing comprehensive management accounts, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client procurement and finance departments, keeping an updated key contacts database.
- Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, budgets, balance sheets, variance analysis, and commentaries within a fixed monthly timetable for the Saudi Arabian market.
- Act as a business partner to account handlers and senior management, providing strategic financial advice and support.
- Monitor and ensure that operational spending aligns with the budget.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials to facilitate timely completion of annual financial statements and corporate tax returns.
- Ensure strict compliance with all financial regulations.
- Oversee client billings, review billing schedules, and manage contracts and debtors in coordination with management.
- Manage Finance Officers, ensuring efficient performance and professional development.
- Complete monthly Group Bank Reconciliations and manage company credit card finances, including issuance and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally within a similar role.
