Job Description The team is looking for a Conference Producer who can demonstrate they have their finger on the pulse of our fast-paced and ever-changing industry. You will have the opportunity to speak to expert speakers from all over the world and sell the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at our event. With meticulous organisational skills, you will be responsible for managing the speakers and order of show on-site at the event. What you will do

  1. Conference Production: Produce high-level relevant industry conference programs. Liaise with key professionals/institutions and companies in the production of conference programs. Engage with recommended speakers and confirm their attendance. Ensure the speaker database is updated. Prepare and communicate creative brief documents to the Marketing team. Prepare and lead telesales briefs. Ensure all CME/CPD application forms and supporting documentation are completed within deadlines. Mentor other conference producers within the team. Conduct a post-show analysis of the event.
  2. Market Research and Industry Networks: Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market. Develop new conference ideas and program content. Collaborate with the Director and other sales team members to generate ideas for enhancing the conference portfolio.
  3. Speaker & Delegate Liaison: Liaise and network with speakers, exhibitors and delegates on-site to maintain customer service standards, resolve queries and gain feedback.
Qualifications What you will bring:
  1. Minimum two years’ experience in conference production.
  2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. A good level of commercial awareness.
  6. Experience in a research-based role.
  7. Demonstrable copywriting skills.
  8. Brand and market awareness.
