Job Purpose: The Fulfilment Operations Manager will have complete responsibility for inbound operations, outbound operations, and a functional process responsibility within the various fulfilment operations. This role involves effectively delegating, gathering data, and offering ideas for continuous improvement. The manager will own the processes, motivate their teams, and continuously improve on success, overseeing a multimillion Riyal turnover operation. The focus will be on ensuring our people are well looked after, our customers receive the best service, and the business is constantly improving and on the path to profitability. Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement strategies and follow the tools and resources to achieve them.
  • Continuously talent spot, nurture future leaders from the team, and create succession plans.
  • Lead the team to put customers first.
  • Follow the budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor audits and store improvements.
  • Assist in last mile routing and slotting.
  • Communicate with and respond to Panda App customer service on delivery exceptions.
  • Lead the daily operations management of In Store Fulfilment, CFC, Click and Collect, and/or various fulfilment operations, including route assignment, leading meetings, and communicating with the wider leadership team.
  • Review and update SOPs as required.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the site to global process standards and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
  • Lead and develop the team.
  • Communicate policies to the team and act as the primary information source, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science with strong analytical degree program content. Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales management, e-commerce, or commercial are an advantage. Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in the same field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Retail experience in replenishment & stock management, promotion & seasonal change, handling storage and back areas, security, and people management.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to use Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
