Job Summary: The Deputy Director of Marketing and Sales is responsible for supporting the Director in planning, developing, and executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This role involves managing a team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales initiatives. The Deputy Director will also play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing the company's brand presence, with a particular focus on real estate marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning
    • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
    • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting for the department.
  2. Marketing Management
    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Develop tailored strategies for real estate marketing to attract potential buyers and investors.
    • Strengthen brand positioning and awareness in the target market.
  3. Sales Leadership
    • Support sales teams in achieving targets through training, coaching, and strategic guidance.
    • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Team Management
    • Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    • Set individual and team objectives, track performance, and provide feedback.
  5. Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance for the Director and senior management.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in real estate marketing.
  • Experience working in medium-to-sized companies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking in solving business challenges.
