Monitor and analyze customer interactions with products or services. 2. Manage customer complaints and work on effective and prompt resolutions. 3. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty. 4. Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and needs. 5. Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and meet customer expectations. 6. Prepare periodic reports on customer experience and present them to senior management. 7. Provide training and feedback to the team to improve service quality.
