Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets and goals for industrial gas sales.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share in the industrial gas sector.
  4. Forecasting and downloading data, contacts, and opportunities to CRM.
  5. Updating Sales order to the ERP System (Dynamics 365).
  6. Ability to deal with Logistics to ensure service level to customers.
  7. Ability to organize his job and timely deliver the required tasks assigned, sales report.
  8. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales within the industrial gas industry.
  3. Strong understanding of industrial gases, their applications, and market trends.
  4. CRM experience is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Ability to perform multiple customer visits per day when required.
  8. Ability to acquire new customers from competition.
  9. Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
