The Job in a Nutshell We are looking to hire an Information Technology Manager to report to the Director of Digital Enablement-KSA. The role involves the delivery of various IT infrastructure projects as well as Network and IT Administration projects, developing IT policies and procedures ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance, consistent with business values. - Translate business strategy into IT strategy, defining measurable, executable work plans and developing a strategic IT roadmap that supports business needs and aligns with corporate direction.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of new services, infrastructure, information systems, and enhancements to current services to improve administrative compliance, processes, and business operations, starting with business requirements and security controls, in alignment with Foodics operational and strategic goals.
- Provide support services necessary for operational continuity, including infrastructure, information systems, integration, assets, and collaboration tools.
- Liaise and align with Cyber and Information Security Strategies. Lead and manage the implementation and validation of security controls complying with internal and external regulations.
- Develop and collaborate on policies, procedures, and related documentation to formalize standards, service capability, and service level expectations.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a relevant role.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology or any relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience providing a proven track record of successful IT project delivery, improving processes, and substantial team leadership experience focusing on team development in the relevant industry.
- Knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
- Financial and commercial acumen - the ability to quickly understand the business and manage budgets, cost, and profitability management & reporting skills.
- Ability to influence without authority, with high-level communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Previous experience in SaaS, Tech, or relevant fields is preferred.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
