We’re looking for a talented Lighting Sales Engineer to join our team and drive growth while delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Identify client needs and provide customized lighting solutions, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and marketing) to address customer requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and innovations in lighting technology.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in sales within the lighting or electrical industry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of lighting systems, including LED technology; exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
