1. POSITION DETAILS

  1. Position: DCC
  2. Location/ Department: Building and Infrastructure
  3. Reporting to: Project Manager/Operations Manager
  4. Key Working Relationship: All KSA BIC business units

2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Specialty: Good communication skills, knowledge in MS office platforms
  2. Education Degree: BA or equivalent
  3. Technical knowledge: Project coordination skills, data management and document control skills, customer support skills, team collaboration and communication skills, time management and follow-up skills
  4. Experience: ≥ 2 Years

3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

3.1. Primary Functions

  1. Proper document control of project documents received on SharePoint and proper notification of team members.
  2. Coordinating with project team members.
  3. Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.
  4. Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, emails).
  5. Distributing daily inspection appointments among inspectors.
  6. Assisting in the preparation of invoices and following up with clients.
  7. Handling upload and download of documents/reports on Malath portal.
  8. Maintaining professional behavior and communication with clients.
  9. Effective communication and coordination skills with colleagues and clients.
  10. Performing any task assigned by N+1 within his competency limits.

  1. Observe the HSSE policies and procedures at all times.
  2. Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics.

As per Bureau Veritas policies.

3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities

  1. Implementing BV safety programs within the team.
  2. Complying at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE policies, procedures and practices.
  3. Maintaining personal work areas tidy and hazard-free and reporting any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative.
  4. Reporting immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participating in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
  5. Reporting immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperating in investigating.
  6. Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition.
  7. Taking care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
  8. Co-operating with others on health and safety, and not interfering with, or misusing, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
