Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing extraordinary residential communities, and we are looking for a skilled and visionary Delivery Director (Residential) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring that they meet our high-quality standards and align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of residential projects, from the initial planning phase through design, construction, and final handover, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
Develop, implement, and optimize project delivery frameworks and methodologies that enhance efficiency and quality across all residential developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and operations, to achieve project goals and ensure a seamless execution process.
Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
Conduct regular project reviews and assessments, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential challenges and proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial parameters.
Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Foster a culture of innovation and sustainability within project teams, encouraging best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).
A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in residential project delivery, with a proven track record in managing large-scale developments.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering solutions in dynamic environments.
