Job Description: Our company is seeking a skilled and responsible individual to join our security team as a Security Guard Team Leader. Key Responsibilities for Security Guard Team Leadership

  1. Supervision and Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security guards, ensuring adherence to company policies and security protocols.
  2. Incident Response: Oversee and coordinate responses to security incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  3. Security Patrols: Conduct and supervise regular security patrols to deter and detect any signs of intrusion or disturbance.
  4. Report Management: Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities, incidents, and daily patrol logs.
