A Growing US Payments Company Are Opening An Office In Dublin And Require A Head of Finance / Executive Director About Your New Employer Your new employer is an international payments company who are experiencing a period of growth and transformation that will see it establish itself as a leading, dynamic FinTech company. About Your New Job In this job you will be establishing a Finance Management and Accounting function for a newly incorporated Irish company that is applying to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) for authorisation as a payment institution. The Irish business will be the European business division of a payment specialist established in the United States for 20 years. You will also be responsible for ensuring a culture of compliant financial accounting within the company. Definitely a hands-on role, you will adopt a consultative approach and work closely with the senior management within the Group and across global business divisions to implement and manage the high volume of transactions and work with the business to report on finances at monthly, quarterly and yearly milestones. This is a pre-approval controlled function role (of Head of Finance (PCF-11) and Executive Director (PCF-1) and a candidate will therefore require approval from the CBI prior to formal appointment. What Skills You Need: Qualified Accountant with significant experience operating at Financial Controller / Head of Finance or Finance Director level. Extensive, proven experience and knowledge in transaction processing, management of payments, and the online payments industry.
